Motions Mix & Mingle Event - New Orleans

Texture Talk Event Photos!

The Texture Talk event was a huge success!  The event was co-hosted by myself and Cassidy of Natural Selection blog, and was at the beautiful Omni Hotel in SF.  So many beautiful women, children and men came to the event, to join in on the celebration; and to also see the new products by Beautiful Textures. Thank you again to the volunteers, Beautiful Textures representatives and for all the gorgeous guest. And a special thanks to the Vendors - Andy Drew, Fatemeh Jewelry and Natural Girls United!; and to Felicia  Leatherwood for her participation in the Q&A panel and for her scalp analysis for some of the lucky guest at the event. It was my first big event as a Host, and I could not of been  happier with how everything turned out. I am look forward to more events in the Bay Area. Thank you to everyone that attended the event, and I will see you at the next natural hair event!

Natural Girls United Vendor Showcase - Texture Talk

Natural Girls United! was featured at the Texture Talk natural hair event, at the Omni Hotel, on March 25, 2012.  It was a great event, and I meet a lot of great people.  It was an awesome opportunity, and I look forward to showing more ethnic custom dolls from my business at future events.

Texture Talk - Bay Area Natural Hair Event!!

This post was originally posted back on March 1st, 2012! The time has come everyone!! Tomorrow is the big day for our "Texture Talk" natural hair event. I hope that everyone can make it out to SF tomorrow and join us at the beautiful Omni Hotel from 2pm to 6pm. See you there!

Mark your calendars!! On March 25, 2012, from 2pm to 6pm, myself and Cassidy of Natural Selection blog, will be co-hosting a natural hair event called Texture Talk.  The event is sponsored by Beautiful Textures and will be free to the public. It will held at the Omni Hotel in San Francisco - an absolutely beautiful location that is walking distance from the Montgomery Bart station.

“Texture Talk” natural hair event will feature:

• Complimentary admission, healthy snack, goodie bags and giveaways!
• Q & A panel for you to answer any and all of your natural hair questions by we the hostesses and special guest, Beautiful Textures Brand Ambassador Felicia Leatherwood
• Personal scalp health analyses by Felicia herself!  (spaces will be limited so stay tuned to learn how you can sign up for a slot!)
• Cash bar for everyone interested in cocktails.
